VCE VM Work Related Skills class visit The Lume
Last month our Year 12 VCE VM Work Related Skills class visited The Lume to explore The Connection exhibit. The exhibit brings together First People’s art, music and culture in an immersive experience fusing the world’s oldest culture with cutting edge technology. Prior to visiting the exhibition, students reviewed the concept of covert racism and discrimination; brainstormed meaningful ideas for demonstrating respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, histories and cultures around the school; and explored the Indigenous constitutional recognition through a voice to parliament.
