Sports Update

Thomas FK represented the school at the Victorian Sporting School State Finial – Thomas who is only new to the sport has recently started attending training session with Collingwood Athletics Club after qualifying for district at the Fitzroy Athletics Carnival

Thomas finished 4th in the State with a time of 24.74 sec

More recently Thomas attended the All-Schools Event – an event that invites all student from the all school to compete in – he made it to the final in the 100m sprint and finished 7th with a time 11.75 sec.

The school wishes Thomas all the best this coming weekend as he will again represent Fitzroy High School in the 200m event at All Schools.
