Next Generation Academy Games

The Essendon Football Club are hosting a Come & Try football event, in the lead up to this years Next Generation Academy Games set to be played in the April School holidays.

The NGA games are an initiative by AFL Victoria to showcase the best Indigenous and Multicultural talent within each AFL clubs region, against each other in a carnival style event.

As we are fielding a male and female team*, to be played on different days, this Come & Try event will be a combined session with males and females split into separate rotational groups.

*This event doesn’t guarantee selection for the NGA Games, but will however provide a football development experience on the night, with the potential for selection from the event for the April games.
